How credit works
- Top upAdd credit from $10. 1 credit is $1. Nothing renews and nothing is charged automatically.
- See the priceBefore a video starts you see exactly what it will cost, based on mode, length and quality.
- Pay as it’s madeCredit is used step by step: script, pictures, redraws you ask for, the finished video.
- Check every stepYour usage history itemizes every step with its price.
- Keep the restUnused credit never expires. Make one video this week and ten next month.
- Buy what you needCredit purchases are final and non-refundable, so top up what you expect to use. If a step fails on our side, its credit comes back.
How do I know what a video will cost?
The exact price is shown before you start, based on the mode, the length and the quality you choose. Afterwards every step is itemized in your usage history. See the pricing page for examples.
Does my credit expire?
No. Credit stays in your account until you use it.
Can I get a refund?
No. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable, including unused credit, but credit never expires, so nothing you buy is lost. If a step fails on our side, the credit for that step goes back to your balance. Nothing in our terms limits the rights the law of your country gives you. Details are in the refund policy.
Is there a monthly plan?
No. You add credit when you need it, from $10, and use it at your own pace.
What exactly uses credit?
Each step of a video: writing the script, creating the pictures, any redraws you ask for and making the finished video. Your usage history lists every step with its price.
Who processes payments?
Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, handles checkout, receipts and sales tax. We never receive or store your card details.
Start small
$10 is enough
to start.
That is about 60 Fast Shorts, or a handful of 10-minute videos. Your credit waits for you if you take a break.
