Refund Policy

Cartoon Video Maker uses prepaid credit: you top up, and each video uses only what it costs. This policy explains what happens to the money you pay us.
In short
- All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, including credit you haven’t used yet.
- Credit never expires, so you can use it whenever you like.
- If a step fails because of a fault on our side, the credit used for that step goes back to your balance.
- Duplicate or unauthorised charges are investigated and corrected.
- Nothing here limits the rights the law of your country gives you.
1. Credit purchases are final
When you buy credit, the purchase is final. We don’t refund credit, whether it has been used or not, and credit can’t be exchanged for money. Before you top up, you can see example prices on our pricing page, and before every video you see its exact price, so you can decide how much credit you need. The minimum top-up is $10.
2. Your credit never expires
Credit stays in your account until you use it. There is no deadline and no monthly fee, so unused credit is never lost to time.
3. When something fails on our side
Credit is used as each step of a video is made: writing the script, creating pictures, redraws you ask for and the finished video. If a step fails because of a fault in Cartoon Video Maker and doesn’t produce a result, the credit used for that step goes back to your balance as credit. If you think we missed one, write to support@cartoonvideomaker.com and we will check your usage history.
Scripts and pictures are made by AI and won’t always match what you imagined. You can review every scene and redraw only the ones you don’t like before the video is made; a result you don’t like is not a failure on our side.
4. Duplicate or unauthorised charges
If you were charged twice for the same top-up, or see a charge you didn’t make, email support@cartoonvideomaker.com from the email address on your account with the date and amount. We investigate every report and correct duplicate or unauthorised charges, together with Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, which processes all payments.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank: we can usually sort things out faster. While a chargeback is open, we may pause the account’s credit.
6. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live (your statutory rights). Where such a law gives you a right to a refund, that right applies.
